The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology Training Office caters to the training need of the University's administrators, academic personnel, non-teaching personnel, students, and clientele from the communities.

Training policies and coordination
University personnel who attend training and seminars outside the University are required to conduct an echo-seminar in the University to be attended and participated in by University personnel, where the topics involved have something to do with their jobs.
Each college, campus, and department in the University also conducts its own training and seminar to address specific concerns relevant to its roles and functions. These are just coordinated with the Training Office.
